Chase Personal Online

The Goal

1. Provide a more personalized easy to use experience for the core of our banking customers. .

2. Create the first redesign of the secure side of the banking online system.

3. Develop a responsive system that can work across channels and platforms, including ATM.

The Result

The responsive design has been launched for 64 million customers. We watch closely how adoption to the new site is perceived and continually adjust to give the best possible experience.

You Invest

The Goal

1. Design the first computerized robo-adviser investment management tool called Digital Advisory.

2. Work in conjunction with InvestCloud to Inaugurate our design language around an InvestClouds frame work.

3. Inaugurate it with the design language of Chase.

The Result

Digital Advisory was just one portion of the launch called YOU INVEST. It was launched to critical acclaim 64 million customers.

1. Explore first round of trading tools within the Chase Personal Online

2. Create with responsive reflow

3. Work within the confines of ada/design language restrictions

The Result

The trading portion of Chase was a big launch and after it being filtered through many hands, I was happy to see many of my patterns made the cut.
